Andre Santamaria is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and has been dedicated to the senior healthcare field since 2012. He has worked in memory care, assisted living, and independent living communities. Andre has a passion for helping people find the resources they need so that seniors get the care they deserve.
Andre and his team have visited, toured, and met with administrators at nearly all Sarasota and Manatee County assisted living facilities. Moreover, they track every state inspection and stay informed about any deficiencies of partnered assisted living communities. Through his connections, he can provide resources for all matters related to assisted living and countless other senior living options in the area. Andre provides his comprehensive senior living search service at no cost to seniors and their families. He offers impartial and objective information about each facility, while his business arrangements allow him to be compensated by whichever community is selected.

Valerie Tiffany joined the Senior Living Selections team in 2020. She’s a senior care advisor who assists seniors with finding the best care options for themselves or their loved ones. Valerie has 25 years of experience in hospitality and four years in senior care. Before joining Senior Living Selections, she worked for senior living communities within Sarasota, Charlotte, and Lee Counties. With her commitment to serving persons in need, Valerie actively participates in humanitarian relief efforts. Moreover, she volunteers in a religious group called New Day Christian Church, Inc. Valerie is also a licensed residential real estate agent in Florida.

Valerie has personally experienced and can relate to the challenges of having a close family member who struggles with dementia. That’s why she believes that she has found her true calling in helping seniors select a new home that’s safe, pleasant, and equipped to provide for their needs. Valerie’s ultimate goal is to provide your aging loved one with safe and enjoyable senior care that can make them feel happy and loved.

KEN MADRAY, RN

SENIOR CARE ADVISOR

Ken Madray is a senior care advisor and a registered nurse (RN). He started as a dietary aide in a skilled nursing facility then climbed the healthcare ladder. He has had various roles along the way, eventually becoming an RN unit manager, then added the role of senior care advisor. Ken has over 29 years of experience working in healthcare facilities. His knowledge, experience, and background make him an invaluable resource, especially when finding the best possible care for individuals.

You can easily see that Ken genuinely loves what he is doing. His warm, welcoming smile says it all every time you see him. Ken counts it as a blessing that he can help seniors and their families navigate the overwhelming world of senior living. He has helped numerous seniors and their families find the best facility in Florida, and he is hoping to do the same for you, too.

GINGER DRAKE, PTA

SENIOR CARE ADVISOR

Ginger Drake is the newest member of the Senior Living Selections team. She is a Florida native, born and raised in the Panhandle of Florida. Ginger completed her education at St. Petersburg College in 1996 and has worked professionally in physical therapy as a PTA for the past 25 years. With geriatrics as her specialty, she aims to continually motivate and assist her patients and clients in achieving their highest levels of physical and mental rehab potential. Before her therapy career, Ginger was a Realtor to the military and families in Fayetteville, NC (also known as Ft. Bragg).

Ginger’s experience and knowledge in the healthcare industry, her passion as a client advocate, her desire to give the ultimate customer service, and her outgoing nature and quick smile make her a true liaison, helping others find the perfect and appropriate setting for aging in place. She truly feels that her calling and career path have led her into this role, assisting and guiding others in finding their forever home.

Toni Nolan

SENIOR CARE ADVISOR

Toni is a Florida native, born and raised in Bradenton, FL. Her passion for assisting seniors began while working as a server at a local retirement community in high school. She began her career in the healthcare industry after completing her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Florida in 2011. Toni has served Manatee and Sarasota counties in Senior Living, Home Health and Private Duty Home Care.

CHARLOTTE J CORVI

SENIOR CARE ADVISOR

Charlotte moved to Venice, FL in July 2020 after living in San Diego, CA for 24 years. She worked in the hospitality field overseeing sales efforts for resorts on Mission Bay. Altogether Charlotte has over 31 years of hospitality experience from San Diego, CA, Denver, CO, and even Portland, OR.

When she arrived in Venice, she made a career change and worked for an assisted living in Sarasota that had an Extended Congregate Care License as well as a memory care. After working at the community for almost two years it became clear that Charlotte had a passion for being a resource to families and assisting families make finding their forever home a reality during what some may consider a hard time. Her sincere approach and guidance put families at ease and makes the transition smoother. The greatest reward Charlotte receives is when a family says, “Thank you” and they have a smile on their face. Whether looking for a community, in-home care, adult day center, or just guidance in senior healthcare, Charlotte will provide options for families and their loved ones.

Alicia Artz, PTA

Senior Care Advisor

Alicia Artz has been a local resident since 2004. She joined Senior Living Selections in 2022, and she is excited to share her passion for providing quality care for Seniors in her community. Alicia proudly graduated from Saint Petersburg College in 2016 with a PTA degree. Over the last 7 years, she has worked in a variety of healthcare settings, including Acute Care, LTAC (Long Term Acute Care), Home Health, and Outpatient Sports Orthopedics.

Alicia loves traveling and adventure. She enjoys hearing about, and draws inspiration from, her clients’ experiences of wanderlust. Alicia is an extremely positive and outgoing person. She is dedicated and driven to help provide or find the best guidance and care for her clients.
